How do I use the Apollo Neuro wearable?
The Apollo Neuro app offers goal-based programs that improve energy and focus, heighten clarity and awareness, and promote relaxation and sleep. You can select from the goal-based program menu to begin a personalized program of vibration patterns designed to restore the body’s natural equilibrium. These programs are called Vibes™. Once you select a program, the Apollo Neuro wearable device will begin delivering waves of vibration to the body.
You can choose how long the program lasts on the mobile app.
You can choose how intensely you feel the vibration on the mobile app as well as with the buttons on the Apollo Neuro wearable. We suggested starting the intensity low and adjusting it to where you just started to notice it. The ideal setting is to not be distracted by the vibrations - over the first few minutes you will likely forget you are even wearing it.
Users report feeling a gentle soothing feeling for calming Vibes and a more energetic sensation when using wakeful and focus Vibes.
How quickly does Apollo Neuro work?
Apollo Neuro helps the body access natural states of balance just like deep breathing and meditation. Similar to these natural techniques for improving nervous system balance, the more you use Apollo Neuro the better your results.
Preliminary results demonstrate that Apollo Neuro use helps improve Heart Rate Variability (HRV), a key metric of overall health and resilience over time. Routine use of Apollo Neuro also increases the body’s sensitivity to Apollo Neuro, taking less time to feel the beneficial effects. In controlled clinical settings, we consistently saw increased HRV in 2-3 minutes. It is not necessary to use the Apollo Neuro throughout the entire night or day - you will experience benefits with shorter, 30-minute cycles. Apollo Neuro's calming effects on the nervous system continue long after a program finishes.
How often should I use Apollo Neuro?
To get started, we recommend using Apollo Neuro for a minimum of 3 hours a day for 30 days. That's 5,400 minutes if you're tracking in the app. You can use it more if you like, but remember effects occur quickly and last from 30 minutes to 2 hours after use. This means you don't need to have the device playing at all times - just when you need it most.

Though many notice Apollo Neuro's effects soon after starting a Vibe, it can take up to 30 days of regular use to realize consistent changes in how you feel. Can I use Apollo Neuro when I sleep?
Yes. Apollo Neuro programs can be used to help you fall asleep and to get you back to sleep if you wake up before you’re ready. You can fall asleep while wearing Apollo Neuro. The app offers program timers and will end the program automatically when the program ends.
Can I use Apollo Neuro on a plane?
Yes. Apollo Neuro is a great tool for travel. It can help you fall asleep on a plane and give you energy when you get off the plane. Users report that Apollo Neuro helps reduce their jet lag. The Apollo Neuro device can be set to airplane mode so data doesn’t transmit while you’re on a plane.
Renamed Vibes
As of March 17th, the Apollo Neuro app for iOS updated to rename "Modes" to "Vibes," and updated Vibe names. This change will be available for Android users soon. Apollo customers, don’t worry, the modes you know and love haven’t gone away, they just have new names now.
