Charging your Apollo Neuro

Your Apollo may need to be charged upon taking it out of the box. To charge your Apollo, connect your charging cable into the port on the bottom of your Apollo. Your Apollo will shine a yellow light while it's charging, then a green light when it’s fully charged.

First-Time Charging: Your new Apollo may arrive partially charged, we recommend using the cable provided and allow it to charge uninterrupted until it reaches 100%. This may take up to 2 hours.

Recharging: It should take 1 hour to fully charge a new Apollo when using the recommended charging cable (included) and latest firmware. For older devices, recharging may take up to 2 hours depending on how depleted the battery is. We recommend you allow your Apollo to fully charge to 100% each time, and deplete to 0% to insure the longest battery life for your device.

Note: It may take up to 5 seconds for the LED to turn on after plugging in the Apollo to charge. Please refrain from rapidly plugging and unplugging the Apollo in an attempt to get the LED to turn on.
