Putting your Apollo Neuro in airplane mode

To put your Apollo Neuro™ in airplane mode:

  1. On the Home screen of the app, tap Connected
  2. Tap Turn on Apollo airplane mode
  3. Tap Turn on airplane mode when the confirmation pops up

To take your Apollo Neuro out of airplane mode:

Method 1

  1. Plug your charging cable into a working power source (i.e., a wall socket or USB drive on a computer)
  2. Plug your charging cable into your Apollo Neuro
  3. Open the Apollo Neuro app
  4. Your device will automatically be taken out of airplane mode when connecting to the app

Method 2

  1. Press and hold both buttons on the Apollo Neuro for 10 seconds. The light on your Apollo Neuro will shine solid yellow after holding both buttons for 5 seconds,

    and then hold it down for another 5 seconds until the light goes red.

  2. Press the button with the raised-dot to reactivate Bluetooth pairing mode - the LED light should blink blue.
  3. Open the Apollo Neuro app to connect to your Apollo Neuro.
