There are many ways to use your Apollo. We’ve put together an example routine to walk you through Apollo’s modes, along with recommended intensity and timer settings for each mode.
Everyone is different! Play with the duration and intensity to see which modes work for you. You can also add a mode to your Favorites by tapping the ❤️ on the mode information screen or on the "Now Playing" bar.
