Apollo Neuro’s unique goal-based modes let you choose how you want to feel. In the same way that great music can perk you up or calm you down, Apollo Neuro’s modes are like vibrational songs designed to shift your mental state, delivered through touch.
There are many ways to use your Apollo Neuro. We’ve put together an example routine to walk you through Apollo Neuro’s modes, along with recommended intensity and timer settings for each mode.

Everyone is different! Play with the duration and intensity to see which modes work for you. You can also add a mode to your Favorites by tapping the heart icon on the mode detail screen or on the "Now Playing" bar at the bottom of the app.
