If you have an Apple phone, you can now link your Apollo to your Apple Health, so they can work together to support you in your mental and physical health. Plus, your Apollo minutes will count as your Mindful Minutes in Apple Health so you get that credit for taking good care of yourself.
Apple health provides a central secure repository for customer health data streaming in from multiple sources: Apps and devices that work with Apple health. The data we read from Apple Health will allow us to personalize your experience and make Apollo smarter in recognizing users needs and act accordingly.
What data is Apple and Apollo collecting when I sync my devices?
Apollo’s Apple Health integration permits bi-directional data flow between the Apollo app, Apple Health, and third-party apps connected to Apple Health. With your permission, the Apollo app will export and import the following data:

Setting up Apple Health with Apollo
The Apollo app will prompt you to connect to Apple Health automatically when you have at least five Apollo minutes logged in the app.
You can also connect to Apple Health through your iPhone’s settings:
- Open your device settings and scroll to find your Apple Health settings.
- Click ‘Data Access & Devices’
- Select ‘Apollo’
- Enable-or-disable specific data shared between Apollo and Apple Health.
Confirm connection
You can confirm your connection is established between your Apollo and Apple Health, by checking your settings in the Apollo app:
- Click the 'gear' icon ( ⚙ ) in the upper right corner of your screen to access your Settings.

Confirm that ‘Mindful Minutes’ are being shared with Apple Health.
Disconnecting Apple Health and stop sharing data
At any time, you can disconnect the data shared between Apple Health and Apollo:
- Open your device settings and scroll to find your Apple Health settings.
- Click ‘Data Access & Devices’
- Select ‘Apollo’
- Enable-or-disable specific data shared between Apollo and Apple Health. You can also select ‘Data’ to remove Apollo’s Mindful Minutes data from your Apple Health data sets and reports.
- You can confirm the connection is removed by reviewing the Apple Health settings in your Apollo app.
