If you have an Oura Ring and are interested in supporting Apollo Neuroscience™’s research and development, you can volunteer to share your Oura Ring data.
Your Oura Ring data will be analyzed to understand the effects of Apollo on your sleep, recovery, and resilience to better understand how Apollo can help us resist illness and recover faster.
Our preliminary remote observational studies using Oura Ring and Apollo show promising results for our users:
- 19% average increase in deep sleep
- 14% average increase in REM sleep
- 6% average increase in total sleep time
- 11% average increase in HRV
- 4% average decrease in resting heart rate
What data is Oura and Apollo collecting when I sync my devices?
After linking your devices, all data collected by Oura Ring is shared with Apollo Neuro for analysis—specific data or records cannot be omitted.
We take privacy and confidentiality very seriously. We will never share your private and identifiable information with anyone. You can stop sharing data between Oura Ring and Apollo, or request deletion of stored data, anytime by contacting us.

How to connect Oura Ring to Apollo
This feature requires at least Apollo Neuro app version 1.4.2, and Apollo firmware version 1.0.5.
1. Click the profile icon in the bottom right corner of your screen to go to your Profile.
2. Click the settings icon in the upper right corner of your screen to access your Profile Settings.
3. Select “Oura Ring” from the menu.
4. Click on “Connect Oura Ring”.
5. Enter your email and password to sign in with your Oura Ring Account.
6. Click “Accept” to agree to the terms listed.
7. You will see a confirmation message to confirm you have successfully connected your Oura Ring account to Apollo. Click “Done” to finish.
8. After clicking “Done”, it will now say “Oura Ring Connected” in your Profile Settings menu.
How to Disconnect Oura Ring from Apollo
1. Click the profile icon in the bottom right corner of your screen to go to your Profile.
2. Click the settings icon in the upper right corner of your screen to access your Profile Settings.
3. Select “Oura Ring Connected” from the menu.
4. Click on “Disconnect Oura Ring”.
5. You will see a confirmation message to confirm you have successfully disconnected your Oura Ring account from Apollo. Click “Done” to finish.
