If your mobile device and Apollo wearable are not connecting, resetting the Apollo Neuro device can restore connectivity between it and the Apollo Neuro application.
How to reset your Apollo Neuro
Note: Disconnect your Apollo Neuro from the charger before performing a reset.
1. Press and hold both buttons on the device for ~10 seconds.
- After 5 seconds, the light will turn yellow;
- after 10s, the light will turn red.
2. When the light turns red, release both buttons.
If you are only getting a green light, it is possible that the button with the dot was pressed first. If you hold down the button without the dot on it just a half second before you hold down the button with the raised dot it will successfully reset every time.
Check for a successful reset
After resetting, pressing once on the raised-dot button should have the Apollo Neuro flash a blue light. If so, it has been reset successfully and is ready to pair to your mobile device.
Next, pair your Apollo Neuro to your mobile device
Note: Avoid pressing the smooth button on your Apollo Neuro before pairing it to your mobile device.
After your Apollo Neuro has been reset, you'll need to pair your Apollo Neuro to your mobile device.
