How to install new firmware or check if your Apollo is up to date

Note: Keeping your Apollo Neuro's firmware up-to-date is highly recommended to ensure you’re getting the best possible experience with your Apollo.

Important! Your Apollo must remain plugged in and connected to Bluetooth while the firmware is updating.

Updating your Apollo Neuro’s Firmware

Your Apollo Neuro™ app should prompt you if the firmware needs to be updated - a pop-up should appear with this message when the application is first started. It will look like the image below:

How to manually update your Apollo Neuro's firmware

1. Launch the Apollo Neuro app

2. Tap the connection bar at the top of the home screen.

3. Tap Firmware update - there will be a red dot visible if an update is available.

4. Tap Download and install firmware.

 

Important! Your Apollo must remain plugged in and connected to Bluetooth while your firmware is updating.

 

5. Your phone will display a loading bar showing your download and installation progress.

6. When the download and installation are complete, you will see ‘Your Apollo firmware is up to date.’
