I can't find my One-Time Password email when creating my account

This usually means that your email client has put the email somewhere other than your primary inbox. Here are a couple of things to try:
  • Double check the spelling of your email address - typos can be easy to overlook
  • Try searching for "login@apolloneuro.com" in your email client.
  • Try looking in the junk or spam inbox of your email client.
