It’s very important to wear your Apollo to bed for the first 7 nights to calibrate sleep patterns and track your sleep.
Once you have worn Apollo for 7 nights, it will be calibrated to your sleep patterns and will track your sleep and show you how many minutes of sleep you get back from using Apollo over time on your “Feel” tab.
