Our tried and true, science-backed sleep routine encourages you to use the Apollo wearable during the day and night. Learn how to melt away stress, calm the mind, and ease the body into restful, deep-quality sleep in just 21 days.

For best results, we recommend playing Unwind Vibe to quiet your mind for at least 30 minutes (starting at 30% intensity) to wind down before easing into sleep.

If you’re a SmartVibes member, turn on Apollo’s Stay Asleep function to help prevent nighttime wake-ups.

 

 

Use the Wake-Up schedule function for a more peaceful transition to your morning routine without the cortisol spike of an alarm. You can adjust these settings in your SmartVibes menu at the top of the “Feel” tab.

It’s very important to wear your Apollo to bed for the first 7 nights to calibrate sleep patterns and track your sleep.

 

Once you have worn Apollo for 7 nights, it will be calibrated to your sleep patterns and will track your sleep and show you how many minutes of sleep you get back from using Apollo over time on your “Feel” tab.
