Tips for Meditating with Your Apollo Wearable

Select the Calm Vibe and just notice the feeling of the ocean wave-like vibrations as they wash over you.
Start to time your breath with the vibration waves. As the vibrations increase, breathe in. As the vibrations decrease, breathe out. This is 5-1-5 breathing exercise as the Calm Vibe starts at this rhythm, making it easier to time your breathing so you don’t need to count.
After a few minutes of this (or whenever you feel ready), simply notice the feeling of the air as it fills your nose, mouth, wind pipes, and lungs. Notice it again as the air leaves your body. Stick with this for the remainder of your meditation.
Stay curious about how it feels. Observe how you feel before, during, and after. If your mind keeps racing or is not settling, that’s okay, just observe what’s happening. Try not to get discouraged if your racing mind hesitates to slow down.
Pairing Apollo with music or a guided meditation can feel even better, particularly for those newer to meditation.

When you meditate, you're learning to observe your thoughts and the feelings in your body without judgment. You’re also learning how to remind your body that you’re safe enough to rest peacefully in the present moment.  Wherever you are in your meditation journey, remember the more you use Apollo throughout the day, no matter which Vibes you use, the better you get at dropping into restful recovery states.

Studies show that vibing with Apollo for 3 (or more) hours each day, at least 5 days per week, for 21 days in a row gives you a 90% chance of significantly improving your sleep, energy, and mood.
