How to Wear Your Apollo

Wearing Apollo should always start with comfort. Apollo can be worn anywhere on the body using the apparel clip or straps. When wearing Apollo on a strap, always pull the wearable to the end of the strap with the metal ring before putting it on.

If Apollo is uncomfortable on your body for ANY reason, first try:

  1. Reducing the intensity of the vibrations to where they're just barely noticeable

  2. Loosening the strap

  3. Choosing a different body location

  4. Wearing Apollo over a sock or clothing

As different parts of the body have different sensitivity levels, the intensity will generally need to be lower for more sensitive locations (e.g. chest and wrist), and higher for less sensitive locations (e.g. ankle and arm).

The inside or outside of the ankle is the best location to wear Apollo for sleep. We recommend always using a sleep band for the best experience with Apollo at night, but you can also clip your Apollo to a sock using the apparel clip.

When wearing Apollo on a strap, the buttons should always be facing your hand or foot.
