Charge Your Apollo
Connect your Micro-USB cable into the port on the bottom of your Apollo device to charge it.

Step 2:
Download the Apollo App
Available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Step 3:
Create Your Apollo Account
Enter your email address, tap "Send sign-in code" then tap "Create".
Step 4:
Connect to Your Apollo
Follow the steps in the onboarding process through the app. When prompted, press the raised dot button on your Apollo.
Step 5:
Pair Your Apollo with Your Phone
After you sign in, finish your profile and learn about wearing and using your Apollo. Tap "Pair" when your phone prompts it.
Step 6:
Play Your First Vibe
Dr. Dave recommends Recover Vibe as the best place to start.
The first time you feel Apollo Vibes, hold your wearable against the center of your chest while the Recover Vibe is playing. The vibration should be noticeable, but never distracting. Close your eyes and just notice the vibrations gently coming and going like an ocean wave for 30 seconds.
Use the Button Controls on Your Apollo
Press both buttons at the same time to:
Pause the Vibe currently playing
Restart the last Vibe played

Set a Schedule
Enter your email address, tap "Send sign-in code" then tap "Create".
