How long does it take for my Apollo to ship and arrive?
New orders typically ship within 2-3 business days.
You will receive an email notification when your Apollo leaves our warehouse in Louisville, KY, including carrier tracking details.
US orders are shipped using FedEx One Rate.
Across the country, all carriers are experiencing delays in response to COVID-19. Shipments may take longer than usual, with additional delays occurring at state and local distribution centers.
Please allow for up to 14 days from date of shipping for orders to arrive.
If your shipment is lost, late, or undelivered, Apollo will assist you with tracking it down, and replacing your shipment with a new one if necessary.
