How long does it take for my Apollo Neuro to ship and arrive?
New orders for products in stock typically ship in two to four business days. You will receive an automated email when your Apollo Neuro™ leaves our warehouse, including carrier tracking details.
Apollo provides free domestic shipping via DHL Innovations, or USPS for PO Box addresses. These orders are typically delivered within 4 -7 days of shipping, with exact delivery dates found via the tracking link emailed to you.
You can select faster shipping, with 2-3 Day shipping and Expedited shipping via UPS.
Orders outside the continental US may take additional time to deliver.
Accessory products are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 5 days.
Some products and pre-orders are subject to different shipping timelines, which will be noted on the website. Orders will be shipped on a first-come, first-served basis.
Shipping service disruptions
During holiday periods, there may be delays or disruptions due to shipping surges, delivery staff shortages, and extreme weather. Shipments may take longer than usual, with additional delays occurring at state and local distribution centers.
If you are experiencing an extreme weather event or natural disaster, such as hurricanes, blizzards, or wildfires, please be aware that shipping services may temporarily pause their services. Shipments may be affected by natural disasters around shipping hubs as well.
During holiday periods, please allow for up to 14 days from the date of shipping for orders to arrive.
If your shipment is lost, late, or undelivered, Apollo Neuro will assist you with tracking it down, and replacing your shipment with a new one if necessary.
