How long does it take for my Apollo to ship and arrive?
UPDATE: Due to ongoing disruptions from COVID-19 and other natural disasters in the US, orders are taking longer than usual to ship and arrive. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship. You will receive an email notification when your Apollo leaves our warehouse in Pittsburgh, PA, including carrier tracking details.
Orders are shipped using USPS Priority, FedEx Ground, and FedEx 2-Day shipping.
Across the country, all carriers are experiencing delays in response to COVID-19. Shipments may take longer than usual, with additional delays occurring at state and local distribution centers.
Please allow for up to 14 days from date of shipping for orders to arrive.
If your shipment is lost, late, or undelivered, Apollo will assist you with tracking it down, and replacing your shipment with a new one if necessary. Please contact our Customer Service team if you have any questions.
