Join or leave the beta

Install the beta app

After signing up to participate in our beta, you will receive an email confirmation from TestFlight (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Follow the instructions below to install the Apollo Neuro beta app on your device.

iOS

1. Open the App Store
2. Search for "TestFlight", then tap Get to install TestFlight.
3. Open your email app on your iOS device.
4. Open your Apollo Neuro beta invitation email. This email is titled "Apollo Neuro has invited you to test Apollo Neuro" and is sent from "TestFlight".
5. Tap View in TestFlight
6. Tap Accept in TestFlight
7. Tap Install on Apollo Neuro in TestFlight
8. Open the Apollo Neuro app after it has been installed.

Android

1. In Google Play, search for “Apollo Neuro” and install as you would any other app.
2. Visit this page on your Android device: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.apolloneuro. Follow the instructions to join the beta.
3. You'll receive an update to the Apollo Neuro app if you've already installed it on your Android device.

↳ Note: The Apollo Neuro beta app update from Google Play may take up to 24 hours to complete.

Testing new features

When Apollo releases a new feature for you to test, we will notify you (via the app and your email) to start testing the feature.

Leaving the beta

You may choose to stop participating in the beta at any time before, during, or after testing a feature. To stop participating:

iOS

1. Send us an email at betahelp@apolloneuro.com and include "Stop beta testing" in the subject line and include the email address that you provided to us when you joined.
2. Delete the beta app and re-download the Apollo Neuro app from the App Store.

Android

Leave the beta program

1. Open the Play Store
2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
3. Tap Manage apps & devices
4. Select the "Manage" tab
5. Find Apollo Neuro.
6. Tap the app to open its detail page.
7. Under “You’re a beta tester," tap Leave

Install the public version of the Apollo Neuro app

1. Uninstall the Apollo Neuro app
2. Reinstall the public version of the app
