Mindfulness Vibe

The Mindfulness Vibe helps you enter a state of presence more quickly and naturally. As Dr. Rabin describes it, it starts with intentionally being present and aware of your breath, noticing your body and where your attention is, and then, gently and without judging yourself, redirecting your attention back to your body and breath. This practice, he calls “The Return”.

The Return: to be mindful of, when your attention veers away from your intended point of focus and to return your attention to your body and breath as quickly as you can.
