We recommend using an alcohol wipe or soft cloth dipped in rubbing alcohol and lightly scrubbing the back of the Apollo Neuro™ device and the side of the band that comes into contact with your skin.
Apollo Neuro is not waterproof, so avoid submerging it in water. We do not recommend putting the wrist or ankle bands through the washing machine.
