How long does it take for my Apollo to ship, and arrive?
New orders for products in-stock typically ship within 3-4 business days. You will receive an email notification when your Apollo Neuro leaves our warehouse, including carrier tracking details.
Some products and pre-orders are subject to different shipping timelines. Orders will be shipped on a first-come, first-served basis.
Most international orders will be delivered in approximately 2 weeks.
Shipping service disruptions
Shipping and logistics operations across the globe are experiencing delays in response to COVID-19. In addition, all carriers are experiencing delays in response to holiday shipping surges. Shipments may take longer than usual and additional delays may be occurring on your receiving carrier's end.
Please allow for up to 30 days from the date of shipping for International orders.

If your shipment is lost, late, or undelivered, Apollo will assist you with tracking it down, and replacing your shipment with a new one if necessary.

Do I have to pay a Value Added Tax (VAT) to have Apollo Neuro delivered in my country?
All international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs fees, value-added taxes (VAT), and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient/buyer.
Orders to EU or UK, United Kingdom
As of January 1st, 2021, orders to the United Kingdom are automatically charged for the VAT during checkout at apolloneuro.com.
As of July 1st, 2021, orders to the EU are automatically charged for the VAT during checkout at apolloneuro.com.
EU and UK customers should not be expected to pay an additional VAT charge to receive their package. If your carrier or customs office contacts you requesting proof of, or additional payments, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
International orders outside the EU or United Kingdom
Shipments to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand are not charged VAT at checkout. Instead, this payment will be collected by the carrier before or after delivery. If you notice that your order tracking is not updating, please check and make sure you have paid any VAT.
