When you're first setting up your Apollo Neuro, if pressing the raised-dot button on your Apollo Neuro results in a green light, this means your Apollo Neuro isn't ready to pair to your mobile device.
Most of the time this is because the buttons have been bumped during shipping, which can cause the Apollo Neuro to leave the state where it's able to be paired to a mobile device.
If this happens, you'll need to factory reset your Apollo Neuro to get it ready to pair to your mobile device.
Once you've completed the factory reset, proceed with the standard setup process detailed here.
