Causes can vary as to why your iPhone may be unable to connect to your Apollo - recent iPhone OS and app updates, bluetooth settings, poor signals or low battery, etc.
When you open the Apollo app, if it won't progress passed the scanning or connection screen, we recommend the following steps to re-establish connection.
- Make sure your Apollo has been charged for at least 2 hours. When your Apollo's battery is below 25%, the bluetooth signal strength may decline.
- Delete the Apollo app from your iPhone.
- Perform a factory reset on your Apollo.
- Re-install the Apollo app on your iPhone & proceed to setup the device with the app as you had done previously.
You'll be prompted to log back into the Apollo user account you created from first setting up your Apollo.
