Customer service response times

Apollo launched to the public just before COVID-19 hit. Like other businesses across the world, COVID-19 resulted in unforeseeable disruptions, resulting in delays to shipments. The last 6 weeks have brought with them unprecedented change, long before the virus hit the U.S. As of March 20th, the Governor of Pennsylvania, where we assemble and distribute Apollo, ordered that all non-essential businesses be closed after 8pm EST. Our entire team has shifted to 100% remote work.

Our highest priority is supporting Apollo’s customers. We will continue to answer questions, offer help with using the Apollo system, and provide technical support.

Despite these life-shifting times, please know that we hold our customers in the highest regard and will continue to keep you up-to-date as information becomes available. Everyone will get a response. No one gets left behind. We’re all in this together.
