The Apollo system is capable of pairing to one mobile device at a time.

In order to switch to using a new mobile device, or have the Apollo work on another person's mobile device, please follow these steps carefully:

Step 1 - Forget the device in your Bluetooth settings

First, completely close and quit the Apollo app on your phone. Then "Forget" or "unpair" with your Apollo:

iOS - Go to your phone's Settings > Bluetooth. If "Apollo" is listed in your "My Devices" list, tap the "i" icon to the right of "Apollo", then tap "Forget This Device" on the next screen.

Android - Go to your phone's Settings > Connections > Bluetooth. If "Apollo" is listed under "Paired devices", tap the settings icon to the right of "Apollo", then tap "Unpair" on the next screen.

Step 2 - Factory reset your Apollo

To perform a factory reset for your Apollo, press and hold both buttons for 10 seconds. The light on your Apollo will shine solid yellow after holding both buttons for 5 seconds...

...then a solid red after holding both buttons 10 seconds. When you see the light on your Apollo turn red, you can let go of the buttons.

Step 3 - Check for a successful factory reset

After performing a factory reset, pressing the textured button once should have the Apollo flash a blue light. If so, it has been factory reset successfully and is ready to pair to your mobile device.

Next, pair your Apollo to the new mobile device

Note:  Avoid pressing smooth button on your Apollo before pairing it to your mobile device.

After your Apollo has been factory reset, you'll need to pair your Apollo to your mobile device.

You'll be asked to sign into your Apollo account, or you can create a new one for this device, or for the new user - see our Getting Started instructions for details.
